1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer free shipping on all items.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship the United States and Canada. For international orders, customs duties and taxes are included in the price.

4. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's status. 
5. Damages & Lost Packages
ElitePlay Simulators is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
6. Incorrect Address or Returns
If an incorrect address is provided, ElitePlay Simulators is not responsible for misdelivered packages.
