Delivery

Shipping, lead times and installation

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. ElitePlay can ship to customers worldwide. Shipping costs and timelines depend on the product, destination and final build details, and the available options are shown or confirmed during checkout or quoting.

Do you offer installation?

Yes. Installation is quoted case by case because the right plan depends on your location, room, simulator type and final hardware list. ElitePlay can arrange nationwide US installation and worldwide installation options through a partner network where available.

Can you install outside the United States?

Worldwide installation can be reviewed case by case through our partner network. Share your country, room details and target build, and we will confirm what is possible before quoting.

Custom builds

Complete systems and component planning

Can I buy a complete custom simulator setup?

Yes. We can help spec the complete system around your room, budget and goals, including the simulator platform, PC, controls, displays, enclosure, accessories and installation options.

Why are some components not listed as standalone products yet?

Some components and add-ons are still being finalized for direct shopping because variations need to be set up correctly. They can still be included in a custom build quote while those product options are being prepared.

Can you check compatibility before I order?

Yes. If you are combining a simulator platform, PC, controls, motion, screens or enclosure, contact us before ordering and we can help confirm the right fit for your intended setup.

Choosing

Finding the right simulator

Which simulator is right for me?

Start with the Find My Simulator tool for a quick shortlist across racing, flight, golf and commercial paths. For a custom room or business project, contact the team and we can guide the full system plan.

What is the difference between static and motion setups?

Static rigs focus on a fixed cockpit or bay with strong controls, visuals and ergonomics. Motion platforms add physical movement and feedback for extra immersion. The best option depends on your space, budget and realism goals.

Can you help with golf packages?

Yes. Golf is handled as components plus custom package guidance, including launch monitors, enclosures, screens, mats, turf and room planning. If you need a complete golf bay, contact us with your room details.

Trust

Reviews, support and aftercare

Where are your reviews?

We only want to show real, useful feedback. Reviews will be added once verified customer content is ready, and the store can support a review platform such as Judge.me when that content is prepared.

Do you offer support after purchase?

Yes. Our team can help with setup questions, calibration guidance and product support after purchase. For complex builds, support needs are considered as part of the quote and handoff plan.

What should I send when I contact you?

Send your sport or use case, room dimensions, location, budget range, preferred timeline and any hardware you already own. Photos or rough room notes are also helpful for custom builds.

Still deciding?

Send us your room, goals and budget range.

If you are comparing systems, planning a custom build or unsure which accessories matter, our team can help narrow the options before you buy.
